CREEKSIDE– PARCEL B

TEI was subcontracted by Waynesboro Construction to perform the electrical work on Creekside Parcel B of the new Creekside Redevelopment in Downtown Frederick.
TEI’s scope of work included interior and exterior lighting, branch power wiring, lightning protection, installation of fire alarm systems, communication conduits, grounding, and provided temporary power within building. In addition to these tasks, T E I also provided power distribution system including housekeeping pads, service conduits to 5’ outside building, and concrete for ductbanks.
